As a coalition of CEOs and business leaders from Colorado’s leading employers, we are excited to announce our participation in the Education to Employment Alliance, a coalition led by Colorado Succeeds alongside the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Inclusive Economy, and the Colorado Technology Association.
This collaboration reflects our belief that while talent is everywhere in our state, opportunity isn’t. We recognize that creating opportunity is harder than ever as our economy changes, technologies reshape jobs, and skill needs rapidly evolve. Despite efforts to adapt, employers and education providers encounter inefficiency and misalignment trying to match talent supply with job demand – a challenge that requires collective action.
About the Education to Employment Alliance
The Alliance is dedicated to transforming Colorado’s workforce by addressing critical challenges such as skills gaps and mismatches. It represents thousands of companies across diverse sectors and geographies, working to create a learner-centered talent development system that aligns with the needs of employers and the economy.
