Suzy Broz is the Director of Talent Pathways and Operations at Colorado Thrives, bringing extensive experience in program management, partnership success, and career advising across K-12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. Since moving to Colorado in 2018, she has played a key role in advancing workforce development initiatives for underrepresented communities at Denver Public Schools and the Center for Work, Education, and Employment (CWEE).
Most recently, Suzy provided strategic campaign support to education advocacy leaders across the country at Murmuration, a nonprofit focused on amplifying civic engagement. She holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In her free time, you can find her exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors with her family.
