Marshall Berton is the Program Associate for Healthcare Talent Innovation at Colorado Thrives. Before joining the organization, he was a Fellow with the McKinsey Health Institute where he led global work on mental health financing through the Coalition for Mental Health Investment. Previously, Marshall was a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company working across a range of healthcare and cross-industry engagements.
Marshall holds bachelor’s degrees in Finance and International Affairs from the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, catching concerts at Red Rocks, and exploring the mountains of Colorado.
